Methodology

Stage 1: Meeting or detailed conversation with you the Client to determine the exact job specification. This will also include the arrangement of the delivery schedule and agreement of a price.   This includes our written “Plan of Attack” and also our candidate qualification sheet.

The advantage to you the Client is twofold; firstly, you can budget exactly for the job in hand and secondly there will be no hidden extras upon presentation of the invoice.

Stage 2: The receipt from our client of confirmation for commencement of job to include details agreed in stage 1.

Stage 3: The DAILY delivery of our assignment reports. 

Stage 4: The completion of subsequent elements of the work undertaken and payment of the relevant invoices.

 

The success we have achieved so far has been based on continuous dialogue between you the Client and us. The more accurate the job specification is, the more appropriate is the Candidate.

Please note that one of the reasons for our continuing success is that each mandate is treated individually. We do not run a database so you are not paying for a competitor to use your information and you know that the details provided are current.
