Mapping

It is sometimes easy to forget that one of the most effective uses of research performed by us can be the mapping exercise. 

In the past we have been utilized by a large number of companies (many of them both overseas and international) to map out complete departments of competing companies.  This can entail anything from the most simple head count, to putting names to this head count and even to go as far as supply organizational charts. 

The use of this information is many faceted. 

For some of our clients it is an opportunity to compare head counts and revenue per employee status; for others it is an opportunity to find out a little more about the competition in a new region that our client may be considering the opening of an office; or it may be to know the names of who does what in these same companies.
